Vector
Path-following cut
Vector operations follow a drawn path — the head traces the line once at set power and speed. Cuts and scores are vector moves; the machine time depends on path length, not area.
A file usually mixes both: vector-cut the outline, raster-fill the artwork. Keep them on separate layers with separate settings.
