Kerf compensation
Offset half the kerf
Kerf compensation offsets your cut path outward (for outer contours) or inward (for holes) by half the measured kerf, so finished parts land on their drawn dimensions.
For press-fit boxes and inlays, dial it with an incrementing slot gauge: cut slots from 0.00 to +0.25mm compensation in 0.05 steps and keep the one that grips.
