When will my order ship?
Pieces are made to order, which takes 2–5 business days of handling, then ship with tracking. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days total.
What if the size is wrong?
Check the size chart before ordering — every piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free.
How do I care for the print?
Designs use inks rated for repeated washing. Wash inside-out and cold, and skip the dryer when you can — the char-edge and honeycomb art stays crisp for years.
Where do you ship?
We ship to 18 countries: the US, Canada, the UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan. Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, shown before you pay.
